Residorm provides services as a dormitory chain in “Yahşihan” campus of the Kırıkkale University, the “Kötekli” campus of the Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University and the “Çağış” campus of the Balıkesir University, under the supervision of these universities; and provides great convenıence to the students, under its slogan – “right in the campus, just next to the faculties”.
Living right in the campus allows the students to save on transportation costs and eliminates the reason for being late for class, and the students have the opportunity to accommodate in Residorm without making any additional payment for utilities, internet or cleaning services. Residorm aims at eliminating one of the biggest hardships in university students’ lives by providing catering services for breakfast and dinner.
The facilities located just next to the Residorm buildings have extra amenities, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, hairdressers and fitness centers that allow the students to meet their basic needs without leaving the campus.

Our buildings are earthquake-resistant
Our dormitory buildings have been constructed in compliance with the most recent earthquake regulations, based on a building importance factor of 1.4. This value represents the highest safety level designated for structures such as schools and dormitories, where people reside for extended periods. Technical inspections conducted in 2024 confirmed that our buildings meet the 2018 Earthquake Code in terms of concrete quality, structural system, and overall durability.
Furthermore, our dormitories were specifically designed as dormitories during the project stage, with structural calculations tailored accordingly. Their occupancy permits explicitly state “Student Dormitory”.
Our dormitories are prepared 24/7 for fire and emergency safety
Our dormitory buildings have been constructed and equipped in accordance with the highest standards of fire safety. Fire detection, automatic extinguishing, emergency lighting, generators, lightning protection, and evacuation systems are regularly tested and maintained.
All rooms are fitted with fire-resistant materials in compliance with regulations, and with emergency plans and drills in place, the safety of our students is ensured 24/7.
