Residorm has introduced robot assistants to support a range of tasks, including welcoming students and families, providing guided tours of the residence, sharing information, and serving refreshments.
For now, we are simply calling our newest team member the “Robot Assistant.” Its official name, however, will be chosen by our students through a survey that we will launch soon.
Designed to offer a more interactive experience, the robot assistants will help students and their families explore Residorm, learn more about residence life, and discover the facilities and services available to them. They will also be able to assist with food and beverage service.
Operating at the reception desk 24/7, the robot assistants are expected to gradually become an integral part of Residorm’s daily operations.
Livinsoft: Technology at the Heart of Residence Management
Since its establishment in 2013, Residorm has continuously worked to integrate technology into every stage of its operations.
One of the most significant results of this approach has been Livinsoft, Residorm’s residence management software. Developed over the years to meet the evolving needs of student accommodation operators, Livinsoft has made an important contribution to the sector and is now used in dozens of countries, including Türkiye.
Together with its mobile application, Livinsoft continues to make everyday residence life easier and more convenient for students.
Creating a Better Residence Experience
Thanks to its voice interaction capabilities, the Robot Assistant will be able to welcome students and parents and provide information on a range of predefined topics.
Its 18.5-inch front display will showcase residence introduction videos and provide information about room types, social spaces, services, and registration processes. In this way, the Robot Assistant will serve as a mobile information and promotional point within the residence.
The trays located at the back of the robot can also be used to offer brochures and promotional materials to visitors, as well as beverages and small refreshments.
More Robot Assistants Are on the Way
Residorm plans to expand the use of robotics and make robotic technologies a permanent part of its operations.
In the near future, the company aims to integrate additional solutions, such as cleaning robots and humanoid reception assistants, into its operational ecosystem.
By bringing together technology and human interaction, Residorm aims to create a more efficient, engaging, and seamless residence experience for students and their families.
